Find Your Fit
Sizing varies less than you'd think — most MAEVA pieces have extenders, so you can fine-tune the fit yourself.
Necklace Lengths
Where a necklace sits depends on your build, but these are the standard placements:
How to Measure Your Neck
- Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string) around the base of your neck
- Note that measurement — this is the absolute minimum length where a necklace will sit comfortably
- Add 2–4 inches for where you want it to sit (collarbone = +2", just below = +3", top of chest = +4")
- That total is your ideal necklace length
If you're between sizes, size up. Most MAEVA necklaces include a 2-inch extender, so you can shorten as needed but you can't lengthen.
Bracelet Sizing
All MAEVA bracelets are 6.5" with a 1" extender — effectively adjustable from 6.5" to 7.5". This fits most wrists between size XS and L.
How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone (not over it)
- Add 0.5" for a snug fit, 0.75" for a comfortable fit, or 1" for a loose drape
- That's your ideal bracelet length
Quick reference
Most women's wrists measure between 6" and 7". A 6.5" bracelet with a 1" extender works for nearly everyone.
Layering Recommendations
When stacking necklaces, the rule is: each layer should sit 2 inches lower than the one above it. That spacing prevents tangling and creates clean visual lines.
The Pearl Stack is pre-curated for this: 16", 18", 20". Add the Pearl Choker at 14" for a full 4-layer look.
